Cancellation policy

Please let me know in advance if you are unable to come. For treatments cancelled on the same day or the day before, I will charge 50% of the service fee, as I cannot offer the freed time to someone else at such short notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 

If there are more than three cancellations within 24 hours, I am unfortunately unable to reschedule.

If you do not indicate at all that you will not be able to come at the previously arranged time, I am unfortunately unable to reschedule.
